GEN Architects have been assisting non-profit agencies develop affordable housing for the past 15 years. We have designed and built over 500 units in various parts of Oregon. These projects have been funded by many sources including state and federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Home Funds, and various grants. GEN has been involved from the outset of these projects in assisting these agencies assemble the applications to secure funding. We have been successful in all our applications. We are proud of our contribution in helping to provide a safe and community-friendly environment for lower income families and seniors in the state of Oregon.
